← The Teller's Deck · Lesson 2 of 3
Guess what happened
Each listener guesses what happened next, in a sentence. No guess is wrong; it is a guess. Then the teller finishes the story.
Guessing makes the listeners lean in. It also shows the teller how surprising their own life was: the true ending is often one nobody guessed.
Why do the listeners guess before the ending?
A lesson is kept once you've answered the question and written at least 8 words. Nobody grades it; it stays on this device.
