← A House of Rooms · Lesson 1 of 3
One room, one question
Talking about a whole life is too big. A house of rooms makes it small. Picture a house: a kitchen, a front door, a garden, an attic, a window. Each room holds one question.
The kitchen: what did you eat as a child? The front door: who came to visit? The garden: what did you grow or play outside? The attic: what did you keep? The window: what could you see from where you grew up?
You visit one room at a time, and either person may choose which.
Why does the conversation go room by room?
A lesson is kept once you've answered the question and written at least 8 words. Nobody grades it; it stays on this device.
