Three numbers to notice

  1. A copy twice as wide and twice as tall covers four times the paper.
  2. Paint mixed by parts: one part blue to two parts yellow. Double both and it is the same green.
  3. In a drawing of a road or a long table, the edges meet at one point far away.

On the way home, ask: “Which colour today would you like to mix again?”
